Overview
The ELRAS system is a consultative system allowing supervisors to determine appropriate disciplinary actions, have those disciplinary actions confirmed by higher management.

Role
Working on the functioning application the interface and layout was cleaned up for to enable easier interaction, page viewing and a clearer visual identity. A demo public facing site was also constructed.
